This restaurant has the worst customer service. Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. Either I am missing things in my meal, my drink is wrong, or my food is almost cold. Then when I call to complain the phone line is always busy. Next time i'm going to chick-fil-a.
Beware of BurgerKing Cashiers pretending to forget your change (or at least some of the higher bills). It's obvious because the cashier would not input the amount of money received to show how much change is due. The cashier also cuts the top portion of the receipt that shows the Invitation Number to prevent a customer from calling the Survey Line. I am suspecting it is happening to customers who are expecting change of at least one $5.00 bill or higher. The cashier replaces the higher bills with a $1.00 bill, hoping you're too much in a hurry to notice. Even if you return later and show your receipt, the cashier beat you to the punch by not disclosing the amount you originally gave (Remember that the receipt is rung to only show what is owed for the food). In addition, I called the 904-620-8800 but either a fax machine picks up or it just rings. It makes me wonder, if the Manager is playing oblivious to this scam. Anyway, call BK Consumer Relations 305-378-3535 to complain (M-F 9am to 5pm EST). The restaurant ID number is #10672.
