  I was the only person in line and I ordered. The person who took my order never spoke to me and looked and moved like the dead. After I moved down to collect my order, someone else came in. There was plenty of food prepared and waiting. Instead of filling my order, he just kept taking orders. After about ten minutes, he filled the order that he took after me. He mumbled something and I asked him what he said and he mumbled again. I told him I didn't want the order that I wanted my money back and to talk to the manager. My displeasure made him smile. the manager gave me my money back without saying a word. she didn't apologize or ask what happened. I can only assume that they are happiest when they make a customeer mad.
