    This has to be the worst Burger King ever!

    Yes there is something really wrong with this Burger King. I usually enjoy Burger King and have always said good things about them in general, but this location on Cooper St. has some serious problems. In the past two weeks I have eaten there 3 times (I go back hoping it would get better each time being dissappointed). The first time I had a coupon for a free whopper... I gave them my coupon and received no whopper. The next time I went with a friend around 2 o'clock in the morning and nobody greeted me at the speaker box. I drove to the window, thinking maybe it was broken... nobody was there. They are 24 hours and i think i saw someone in the back but i even knocked on the window and then honked and no one ever came. I waited about 15 mins. The next time i tried to eat there my fish sandwich had rotten tarter sauce on it my fish looked like it had been ran over and my fries were burnt AND cold! Oh and they forgot to give me my ICEE, the lady and the register seriously COULD NOT count money and could barely speak english. She had to keep asking this other girl what button to push on the register. My friend (who is pregnant and will eat anything) complained about her Whopper not being cooked well, the bacon on it was not at all crispy. I think it is safe to say that this Burger King is probably the worst fast food place i have ever been to.

    Thare is something seriously wrong going on at this location. Call it management, training, of just plain laziness. I just had an experiance there where i had an employee at the drive thru tell me that they dont make tacos, and they never have made tacos, and he didnt know what i was talking about. When they are clearly listed on the menu, and i just recently saw a commercial featuring them. When i presented this information to him, he just replied ,"what?" several times. then he proceeded to tell me that the "icee" machine was down. when i went into the store to complain i saw another customer recieving an "icee" when ordered by a different cashier. This is rediculous. Burger King, do something about this location. Qh and to top it all off the man at the drive thru window was the manager on duty, if he doesnt care about the quality of the service at that location, then why should anybody else. LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!! It is the most basic principal of management.
