We were looking for a cool place to sit down that was easy to get into to eat because my diabetic husband is currently using a walker (foot surgery). I had to drag the walker out of our car and help him inside to "cool off". The dining room was hot and only 2 ceiling fans barely turning. The playroom was cooler but not much. If it wasn't so much trouble to put my husband back into the car, we would have walked out and went to another place. The female cashier was very talkative to the lady customer in front of me, like they were personal friends. The cashier did not give me a receipt but told me that my # was 81. The drink counter was a disaster. Spills, straws, lids, etc. It looked like it had not been cleaned all day. It took over 5 minutes to get the food. While we were eating in the playroom, the lady customer and her 4 kids were also there. The lady had a purse that strapped across her chest. Strange looking carrier. Then the same cashier came into the playroom with a puppy. The cashier handed the puppy to the lady customer, who put the puppy in the carrier across her chest. The cashier must not know that animals are not to be inside any eating establishment. Against the health code. We left and in trying to get to the street, we went around the drive thru. Found that it is only one lane. I did not want to back out of the drive thru. We had to sit for over 10 minutes while the only car in the drive thru waited on their order. This was in over 95 degree heat. Since we did have to drive past the window, I asked the employee for the number to call the owner. She gave me a ticket with 866-425-4745 for the "corporate office". It is a recording that you can only push numbers to respond to their survey. When it asks if there was a problem and you push "9" to indicate that there was, nothing happens. No way to speak to a human. I called the number on the ticket for the Burger King 817-417-4393 and it rings about 20 times and disconnects. Some one needs to get their act together. This is not customer service.
Man First thing.... The lady at the drive thru, She was not good at all. No help, didn't listen, didn't repeat order back, and therfore my food was wrong, and didn't notice until I got home. Turned around went back up there manager said I didn't pay I said the lady running drive thru didn't repeat order and I said the order twice. So I had to pay for the right burger...again??? Now when I went thru D/T it took 15 min. too get my wrong order, now I am back and had to wait 25 more min. for the right stuff that I overpaid for. Flies fling around dinning area a mess, finally get food go home, and the buns were soggy, fries not hot , burger not hot, chicken fries cold and rubbery. I will never ever go back here. I was a manager of fastfood for 10 yrs. and this is by far the most horrible unsanitary place i have ever seen!!!!!! this place gets a -100.
