Terrible Service love the food
Was in today around 12:30 with my 2.5 year old, they were not busy at all. 15 Minute lunch crunch was happening. I sat there for 45 minutes people all around me were getting their food before me and I had been sitting there. The waitress tells me after about 30 minutes my food would be right out. I had an appointment, I got up and left, I told the manager that I could not wait any longer. The fact that I was not happy was ignored by management, they went on their merry ways. I walked out hungry and po'd.

I have been to many BWs in the past, but my visit to the Celebration Cinema Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible. We had two waitresses argue over which section we were in. We then were told that half of our group of 7 had to order from one of the waitresses and the other half from another. It was a horrible situation. We eventually just left. Will never return.

terrible service from waitresses
The last two times I have been in the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Celebration Drive in Grand Rapids Michigan I have had terrible service from the waitresses. The first time I had to practically flag down the waitress to get her to take my order, she just kept walking by the table and would not stop.
The next time which was Feb 19, 2006 I ordered a drink from the waitress and she never brought it and she walked by a couple of times and just looked at my table... Terrible service
