  pizza overrated

  bottoms up pizza is overrated..it is ok, but if you get a loaded pizza i think it is too much and the sausage they use has a taste that i can't describe other than i don't like it..the crust is thick and chewy not crunchy...the sauce is sweeter than i prefer...it is not horrible but chicago has no worries.(not pizzeria uno, they really blow) but real deep dish pizza is wonderful but hard to find outside chicago but new jersey has some good pizza joints..the sandwichs here are so-so, nothing to write about and i won't...the place gets crowded and the atomsphere is garage like..and the service is sub par at best...you wait to get waited on.

  The food is always good, but for some reason, servers at this restaurant have no concept of service, and I've been going here for years. Even if your server has just you and the table next to you, you can forget about anything happening timely. Do what I do -- order two beers at a time because the first one will have long been empty before your server even comes back to check on you. Also, don't go if you're clausterphobic -- they like to pack you in like sardines.

  Bad Luncheon

  Our group of five arrived at 11:05 and did not get served until 12:05.We had to wait over an hour for our lunch with no warning from waitress. When we asked what was taking so long, Lindsay (our waitress) said: The orders for the near by offices and businesses took priority over the customers in the restaurant. What kind of statement is that to make to a customer that is trying out your restaurant for the first time!
  
  Then when we asked for sauce for two slices that had no sauce on them, one sauce came to us cold and we were told that there was no way to warm up the sauce. One lady was not offered a refill on her drink. Is this any way to keep customers coming back?
  
  I can not believe a restaurant that gets such good reviews will allow this to go unjustified. I hope you will take time to make this injustice right. Here is my ticket number to prove I was there today.
