  I have to agree with the other person. This place is not that good. I used to go here and felt they they could care less that I was there. Just another $5 lattee order to them. Went 3 times a week. I stumbled upon the place downtown and I am now hooked. Jackson Coffee Co does it right. Interior is so warm and inviting, although I did like Beaners when I went there. Decor was nice. It was just the service and the quality of the drinks just got lower and lower. Mainly it was that I ventured out and tried other places. Once I did this, my eyes were opened as to what other nice places Jackson has to offer. Also, I've tried to quit going to all those chain places and shop more local. Doing so has made me see that the best coffee was downtown. I tried the drivethru just around the corner, but it was nasty. Can't remember there name. Oh well. Avoid Beaners and go to where coffee is better. I just read that the Jackson Coffee Co was voted Best Coffee in Jackson. I have to agree. It's really good.

  I'm not sure what they're doing wrong. I'm no coffee snob, but it's just not that good here. The coffee tastes flat and stale. The service is the worst. The employees act like you don't even exist. Not sure if it's because it's just a big chain of store and they don't care, but I would like a thank you when I pay over $4 for a drink. And what is with the over pricing of your drinks. $5 for the blended drinks. Get real
