  I went into the store on Kalamazoo Ave. in Grand Rapids to pick up bagels for the office. Before I even selected any bagels, I specifically asked whether the prices of the bagels were all the same. The clerk said yes. She started to load the bagels into a flimsy paper bag that luckily did not tear walking from the parking lot to the office and up four floors. The total amount seemed high -- which is when she stated that the bagels on the top shelf were .25 cents more!!! I could have directed her to empty the bag and start over, but it was already rung up. Ruffled, I paid anyway, vowing to never go back. The store is within walking distance of a Panera Bread store. Get with the program or you will have NO customers left!!!!!
