  owner does NOT care about quality of food

  I have ordered from Bazil's pizza to go in Tucson for years.
  The owner has become so arrogant and successful that he does NOT care about the quality of his food just the $$$$.
  
  The pizza has been pretty good for delivery, but the chicken wings are sent in a plastic container which causes excessive steam and moisture causing the wings to become very soggy upon delivery.
  I mentioned this to the owner, and he was an @###&&!!!
  
  He said in an arrogant tone "I've been in business for 30 years, I know what I am doing"
  well, apparently not!!
  The day that comes you don't listen and care about the customer , YOU ARE DOOMED!
  he said "maybe the chicken wings aren't for you"
  the wings at a fast food place are better.
  my advice, stay away form the wings, and AVOID the owner, it's time to sell or quit the business. this guy might be busy and financially successful , but he is a failure as a small business owner!!!
