  I must say that your tuna sandwich was exceptional. I live in Virginia and have never had anything like it before. Please send me the directions and spices used to make this as well as the sauce. The sauce and red onion bring out the flavor of the fish.OUTSTANDING. Can't wait to come again...please send recipe to dianewhaley@hotmail.com Keep up the great work

  We were visiting in Knoxville and decided to dine in your restaurant. I found it to be very delicious. I'd love to have your recipe for the "Carrot raisin pecan nut bread. It was almost like eating a dessert. Somehow I've lost the web site, but while still in Knoxville, I was able to access it, but the above mentioned bread was not listed. The corn chowder was and that was also very good. Please send recipe to charoy@bigriver.net Thank you very much.
