First of all, this is a Vietnamese restaurant, not Chinese as it is categorized in this online listing. The owner John and his sister really do a great job of combining authentic cuisine with a bit of aethestic flair attractive to both asians and westerners!
The menu options are plenty, authentic, and great tasting! Since I'm Vietnamese, I order off the menu often. Try asking for the "Shrimp-paste wrapped around sugar cane", which you can ask to roll in rice paper yourself with fresh vegetables and rice noodles. A fancy "spring roll" more or less.
By the way, you can also ask to roll your own spring rolls filled with any other kind of meat content as well, e.g. grilled shrimp, chicken, etc. I like rolling my own spring rolls, since you ensure freshness and the exact ingredients you want in the roll!
