I went through the drive thru at unit # 5925 at approx. 6:45 pm on 6/28. The service was TERRIBLE, I waited for at least 15 min to get to the window, 4 cars left behind me, then once attempting to pay with a debit card, I was left sitting for an addtl 5 minutes with NO ONE communicating there was a problem with the c card machine, once given my food, there was NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE, the manager on duty went into another room leaving the person at the drive thru with no apology or compensation for the wait and frustration. Then once home, the food was COLD I attempted to call the store to speak to the mgr, only NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. being the consumer I find this very disturbing and will not be satisfied until there is a favorable compensation offered to me and my family.
