Savor a gourmet lunch prepared and served in Schoolcraft College's student-operated restaurant. The menu, which changes daily, includes freshly baked breads, soup, salad, a choice of entree, and a selection from the tempting dessert table. All items on the menu are a la carte. Students work under the direction of an award-winning Certified Master Chef.
For dinner, enjoy superb dining in a beautiful setting at reasonable prices. Please join second-year students in the International and American Cuisine class, under the direction of a Certified Executive Chef, as they prepare American regional cuisine favorites. Pan-seared salmon, slow-roasted chicken with fresh herbs, and prime cut steaks along with seasonal soups and delicious appetizers will be offered.
The menu will also feature weekly themed international cuisine, climaxing the week with an extravagant buffet on Friday.
