Just outside of Port Antonio, Jamaica, overlooking the most beautiful water in the world, you will discover Boston Bay. It is in a small house, when each morning, the Pit is prepared for the day' s feast ~ Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork & Smoked Fish. Fourteen different spices are used for flavor and Scotch Bonnet Peppers, add the fire that is Jerk. Before lunch the line of locals and tourist exceeds thirty minutes.
This is the place that Scott Durrah discovered his love of this country' s famous flavor and was taught the exact technique that is known by only a few.
