My family and I just dined out at 360 Pizzeria and will NOT be back again. We were very disappointed on the service the professionalism of both the manager on duty and the owner. The service was extremely slow, even for a Friday night. It took much longer than normal to receive our salads and at the end of the meal dessert. Our gelato dessert, took almost 15 minutes from when we ordered it until we received it.
After the meal, we wanted to voice our concerns to the manager on duty. As the manager began listening to our concerns over the poor service, he replied with, "It's a Friday night and we are very busy." He did not apologize. The way in which he presented himself as a manager and his body language was very unprofessional. We also asked why it took so long to receive our gelato and his response was again with the same attitude and body language, "It depends on what order you are in."
I have dined out many times and have never been treated the way we were. We are the customers and we were not being unreasonable.
Today, I called to speak with the owner and let him know about the situation and let him know that we would not back again. Again, we encountered the same unprofessional. I explained what happened and the owner replied with, “I know, I was there and saw everything that happened." Surprisingly, the owner was quite defensive and put the fault on me and my "fussy" baby as to why we were unhappy with our experience. When he asked what he could do to make the situation better, I replied with, "Compensating us on our bill." He felt he had already compensated us by taking our $2.50 child's gelato off the bill, which had been done the previous evening.
All I can say is Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I do not recommend!
