  This is the best restaurant in Rochester...many imitators, yet nothing close. Interesting, original entrees and appetizers. They dont have to try to hard as other restaurants do. The atmosphere is lively and sparkling with people, they are usually busy every night. Fun bar with great martinis! Decor is cool and tables are intimate with larger than normal booths along a side wall for larger parties. The kitchen is open so you can watch the chefs at work, very reminicent of larger city restaurants. If you are new to the area, or are a local that hasn't tried 2-Vine yet, please make it a point to do so. Just a great place overall if you enjoy wonderfully prepared, above the average food, great wine, a happy, lively environment, and a great setting...by the way, you can sit along the bar in smaller tables along the windows as well, although it is a bit louder. In the summertime, the restaurant opens large french doors in this bar area and also has an outdoor patio with flowers and vines trailing above you. Again, cant say enough great things about this place if you are in the city!!!
