Frequently Asked Questions How do I know my listing will stay online? We've been on the web since 2001 under the same ownership and management, and we're not going anywhere. As long as we're here, your listing will be too - with no recurring charges, ever. Are there any monthly or annual charges? No. There are absolutely no recurring charges of any kind. What is the setup fee? We do have a low one-time setup fee of $40 for one menu. If you want to publish more than one menu, there is an additional fee of $15 per menu above the first. The setup fee is needed to cover data entry costs. Remember, your menu will look great and it will be searchable. How can I update my listing? We provide an easy-to-use online control panel that will let you easily update any aspect of your listing, including any parts of your menu, at any time. Making updates yourself (or having one of your employees handle it) is always free. If you want us to make updates for you, we will charge a nominal fee for our time. How many people will see my listing? Currently, over 150,000 people use RestaurantDB to find a place to eat each month, and we are growing every day. It is hard to predict how many of them will view your listing, but we provide you with statistics so you can see for yourself. We encourage you to publicize your listing. Tell your loyal patrons about your online menu, and they'll find it much easier to convince their friends to pay you a visit! What is your refund policy? Since we have no recurring charges, there are no refunds. However, if you let us know that you've changed your mind before we deposit your check, we'll destroy it. Will ads appear on my listing? No. Your listing will be completely clean and will contain only information about your restaurant along with the standard RestaurantDB navigational links that appear on all pages. Please note: Some Enhanced Listings in the Lansing, MI area do have ads, but they are published under a previous arrangement. Your new Enhanced Listing will not contain any ads. What do you mean Enhanced Listings appear above all basic listings by default? Say you have an enhanced listing for your restaurant, Pizza Palace. If a user searches for pizza, she'll see your listing come up above all the other pizza places that just have basic listings.
